Dr. Srijit Goswami leads a research group dedicated to the study of topological superconductivity in 2DEGs at QUTech, TU Delft. His group realized the first ballistic Josephson junctions in InSb 2DEGs, and successfully demonstrated the first 2DEG minimal Kitaev-chain in the Al / InAsSb platform. His group’s expertise in nanofabrication of hybrid superconductor-semiconductor materials and tune-up of Kitaev – Chains would be valuable in realizing the Kitmon qubit.
